Who we are

VITRIN (“VITRIN”, “we”) operates a digital advertising network installed in partner storefronts, based in Jerusalem, Israel. Company details: [legal entity name, registration number, address].

What we collect

When you submit a form on this website we collect the information you provide: name, company or business name, email, phone / WhatsApp number, address, business category, campaign details, your message and, if you choose to send one, a photo of your storefront.

We may also collect basic technical data (browser type, pages visited) through privacy-friendly analytics, if enabled.

Why we use it

To answer your request, prepare a campaign proposal, evaluate a partner location, and communicate with you by email, phone or WhatsApp. We do not sell your personal data.

Service providers

We rely on trusted providers to host the website and deliver messages (for example our hosting provider and our email / automation tools). They process data on our behalf only.

Retention

We keep request data for as long as needed to handle the relationship, and then delete or anonymize it.

Your rights
